automate paging/calling on-duty tech for new ticket (I started something with twilio if interested)

We run a 24/7 support system where customers can call the helpdesk telephone number, leave a message, and the system will call the on-duty tech on his mobile number, escalating if no answer/not accepted within certain number of calls. Have started to implement by integrating Twilio app with Hesk, would appreciate any help/suggestions if there is any interest.
