hide the knowledgebase for customers
i missing a function to only hide the knowledgebase for customers.
If staff give a link in a ticket to a Article can customers look att the article. Can you fix that function to hesk helpdesk?

Ideally there would be two separate knowledge bases, one internal, one customer facing, with the ability to enable/disable each knowledge base independently.

I also want to hide the Knowledge base table from customers, the knowledge base will only be like SOP'S for staffs. Even if categories or article is set to private, it still shows the column of knowledge base to the customers which I don't want although will display 'no articles added yet'. But I do not want this at all.

I will not set categories or article to "private".

To "hide" the KB in the frontend, just make the categories "private".
AFAMK the other istn possbile without sort of authentication like customer login oder .htaccess login.
