Need an option to change Hesk Logo in the browser tab.

Change in Display of the word "Ticket" in to "Letter"
Hello, I want to change the word "Ticket" in to "Letter", "Tickets" in to "Letters" and "Category" in to "Department" or "Office". This requirement is need ONLY in the Display (which user or customer shows in the browser). There is no need to change the fields in database or server. Please allow this in future update.

Style Ocean Blue - update
For starters, thanks for the great work. We are a small company but your program helps us completely. We look forward to every update;) and the possibility of costume.
It was certainly a good thing to create themes that have a slightly higher color contrast, as google analytics notes that the colors are under-emphasized (probably in terms of input and selection fields).
After installing the Ocean blue theme it was really more comfortable in both the admin and costumer panel...but...

Force close ticket
Could you please add option to force close (mark as resolved) ticket and then customers should not be able to reopen ticket even if option "Reopen tickets" is enabled.
Sometimes users more times reopen already resolved tickets and thats annoying for my support members.

no more "Go to Administration Panel" on homepage
I have been removing the "Go to Administration Panel" link on the homepage, but every time the software is updated, that link returns....
It gets really annoying. can you remove it or make it an option?1 voteYou can disable it in Admin panel > Settings > Misc > uncheck “Display a link to admin panel from help desk index”.

Search Custom Fields
Search custom fields - need to search for all tickets based on data stored in custom field.
We require customer address to be populated (custom field) and need to see all tickets related to this address.
3 votesThis is already possible – on the main admin page (list of tickets) go to the bottom into the “Find a ticket” form and select your custom field in the “Search in” drop-down box.

Fix for New Ticket Template box issue
Hey!
It seems as though there may be an issue with HESK's New Ticket function.When the user goes to append a template to the end of their ticket, the box they were typing in 'breaks' and changes to a different type of text box, and the text that is appended, is also inserted poorly, not leaving any breaking spaces or new lines after the content that is already there.
Other boxes around the app don't seem to have this issue, it only seems to appear on the new ticket form.

Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
Could it be possible to do not display the "anti-SPAM imag" number in the loging page and email it directly to the registered user email address The user will bethe only one to know the code to compleate the access.
In this way this could works as an HESK integrated 2FA feature.
Advantages: Do not need SMS and Google Authenticator.9 votes -
Mobile version
My site has both desktop and mobile versions,. however i have assigned hesk to an indepedent subdomain to cater for both mobile and desktop.
The problem is , we dont have a mobile version yet we need it so muchThough after seeing the mobile version, i will opt to remove your back link by paying you guys

Add 2 Factor Authentication for Users
With security being a high priority these days, it should be easy enough to add a 2 factor authentication that you can use with Google Authenticator or any other compatible 2-factor app.
As businesses become more dependent on Hesk and our databases grow, protecting that data becomes more and more important.

Option to show ticket number instead of tracking id, or both, on home page.
I would like to see the ticket number instead of the tracking id in the first column. It would allow for sorting by the time actually submitted versus sorting by 'last reply' and it would make it easier to reference outside the system, like passing the ticket number to a partner via Skype, when referring to a ticket .
