  3. It is a nice feature to provide user interface on more languages. Lot of companies provide local support for local customers and international support on English.
    Now the customer can select the language of the form and the language of his first email is OK.
    But the email notification about the staff activity uses the language of the staff interface. It is confusing. In my opinion a new field should be added to the ticket table called ticket language.
    Every email should use that language instead of the session language.
    Additionally submitting a ticket from admin panel in the name…

  4. For a better user experience (and a simplier handling for admins) with the new feature of the language selector, Hesk should be able to write an article also in the other offered languages.
    Additonal display at the frontend an image (country flag) where customers can see if a translation does exist.
    With this feature one article could be displayed for more users also in other languages.

  5. It would make HESK seem like its own product. Also, allow donation to HESK on its website, so it is completely independent from PHP Junkyard.

  6. POP Fetch Button - in admin - put a button in admin to fetch pop mail, makes it more convenient, limit access to pop button to admin or other approved staff
