Fields at staff screen
Possibility to manipulate, choose some extra fields (like who is assigned, category, ...) at the staff main screen.

Ticket Type dropdown menu consists :-
- Service Request
- Incident
- Change RequestWhich i need to know how to implement it, as it was basically a labeling to label the ticket on either those 3 types i've specified above, which can be viewed by the client and the admin, but only admin can modify it.
