Create a user who has the ability to oversee but does not receive submitted tickets
It would be handy to create a user who can log in and oversee how tickets are progressing. As it stands, creating an ID for my boss means that he will also received submitted tickets

You can already do that. Give him access to the required departments, forbid him from replying to posts, changing settings, assigning tickets et cetera and allow view access to tickets assigned to others. Also, allow him to run reports, and before you give him the password login to the account and turn off notifications for new tickets. Hope this helps!

Hi Christine..
Just slapped the back of my head. I didn't notice that. All I need is relevant user to log in a modify his settings - or I could do that during first logon.

Isn't there an option for him to not receive notifications via email? I think I saw that in my user settings.
