An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedOh yes, you mean like the blogspot.com upload feature where the picture can be uploaded and then the user can drag it amongst the text where they want it to appear and the text automatically aligns.
Well not so advanced and cumbersome, but I get the idea.
Sounds great for non tech staff.

An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedI think you can overcome this by simply adding a comment advising the client the issue is resolved.

Dear Dave
Thank you for your patience, we have fixed so and so, please test it and let us know ifyou have any further problems. If we don't hear from you then we will assume everything is sorted and this ticket will automatically be closed.
Kind Regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedI like Jose's suggestion. But instead of writing the tag, just choose the article from a drop down menu like we choose canned messages. Although due to the hierarchy of sub lists the drop down options may have to be laid out in the same way as the KB articles are listed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedOr this:
if($email=="spammers@spammer.com" || $email == "bob@aol.com" || $email == "Ilovespam@spam.com")
{
echo "Sorry, you have been blocked from this service";
}
else{
// Execute the rest of your normal code (send the email, etc)
}And the admin settings could have a placed where we can add, edit, remove email addresses and edit what message will be displayed, if any.

An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedI keep thinking there is an option in settings or something that already is there, you can allow replies in the email body. I could be wrong but its niggling me.

An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedIsn't there already an option for this in the settings file? For some reason I seem to record the option to allow this somewhere.

An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedIsn't there an option for him to not receive notifications via email? I think I saw that in my user settings.

An error occurred while saving the comment Christine commentedRather make this optional. Right now, we love the no login option, but of course there may be sensitive area's you only want certain groups of users to view who are not staff members.
I see there is another suggestion under review for login, I think its based on the same idea.
