Send reply attachment through email
The system handles incoming attachments perfectly. Our sales team is offsite and does not have access to internal Hesk. It would be great if the reply notification has the attachment in the email instead of requiring them to access the ticket.

This article has all the information required so the user receives an email with the actual
response message as opposed to only getting the link to the ticket. -

I keep thinking there is an option in settings or something that already is there, you can allow replies in the email body. I could be wrong but its niggling me.
