Merge Tickets.
Sometimes it could be helpful to merge two ore more tickes from a customer to one single Ticket. Some Customers alwaxs creates always new Tickets to the same Problem.

Wow this works brilliantly!! I had a client who posted 4 different tickets but it was all one subject, and I merged them without any hitches, even the attachments were included. Thanks!!

Under list of tickets you have a select box (Mark selected tickets Resolved) and yellow "Execute" button.
In the select box you should also have "Merge selected tickets" option.
If you don't see the option, try this:

it has been marked as completed... but how do I merge the tickets, could not see anything obvious and cannot find anything about this feature in the help section either

Have the same problem here - especially when toner runs out in the printers!!

yes, not only do some users keep starting new tickets instead of adding to the old one. Sometimes 2 or more users will log a ticket about the same issue.
