More ticket status options
Add additional ticket statuses, such as "In progress", "Delayed", ... or even let administrator create custom ticket statuses.

This is an excellent idea! I could use an "On Hold" status, particularly if I have to order a part and wait until it comes in before I can resolve a ticket.

It would be great if you could create your own in the same way as categories are created (create, rename, delete or sort up/down).
