Require both e-mail address and ticket ID to view a ticket
In order to view a ticket one should enter both the ticket tracking ID and his/her e-mail (not just the tracking ID like now).

Yes... I agree with Joshua... If you choose to have this, allow it to be turned off.

I'm not a huge fan of this idea. The Ticket ID works to keep people out that should be out. It would just be confusing to have both Email and Ticket ID. If you do decide to implement it, please allow it to be turned off in settings!

Good idea. And by doing so, it would then allow the usage of a more user friendly ticket number... ;-)
