    Suggestion: New version of Hesk have URL link capability. So workaround is just copy the KB link & it can refer to it.

    Suggestion: Not exact solution, but I enable "Can view unassigned tickets" & created Categories assigned to same Team members (same dept) . They can view the tickets at the same time. If you want every one in the same Team to view more tickets then enable "Can view tickets assigned to others".

    Important idea to include customer database. This will become a small CRM too for small businesses to manage the customer details in 1 single app.
