Enhance custom fields
2 Things to enhance the custom fields:
The custom fields should be category dependent. Meaning that one department needs other custom fields than another.
It should be possible to create depending selectboxes. One box leads to another (like here http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us)
Improved in 2.7.x
Depending select boxes are not planned for the near future.

Yep! Need to create a new instance for every form built. Implement this and you don't need 24 hesk instances.

A great option was just to be able to move fields (in settings page). It's really annoying to need to change a field and change all of the fields around as well because they have a strict order!

Both the reordering suggestion and the custom fields being category dependent are fabulous ideas. I don't really use custom fields because of the same reasons. My last vote goes to this one. Thanks, Snifty.

As posted in another suggestion, it would be nice to have assigning custom fields to categories. Currently all custom fields are displayed always, no matter what category the user selects. But not all fields belong to all categories. You can leave the CF in the settings area but in options one can add the categories where these fields should be displayed. If its not possible to change the custom fields on selecting categories, let the user first choose the categorie (like many ITS do) and then display the ticket form (with the CF).

I want to help lobby for this feature is Hesk 2.5. It is possible to do a hack but them becomes a headache to implement any new custom fields and categories.

Possibility to reorder custom fields after there are already some tickets. Right now if I do that, all fields of persistent tickets are messed up. i.e. serialnumer field is customer number field etc.
